Call to undefined function iconv_strlen()

I'm getting the following error in the error log and the white screen of death after installing using Softaculous

PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function iconv_strlen() in /home/smtpdepot/public_html/seotoaster_core/library/Zend/Validate/Hostname.php on line 1185

You need to install and enable iconv module for PHP.

I realized that shortly after posting this question after doing more digging. Thank you for the response.

SEOToaster's installer needs to do a better job of detecting the needed plugins and should add them to their requirements document, instead of making users crazy trying to figure out the problems IMHO.
