HOW CAN I REMOVE THE CONTACT FORM RESPONSE TEXT AFTER SUBMISSION

Question

Dear Sir,

1) my customer submit a message form through "contact us", after submission the page suppose to show "Thank you" which i set in the form response, but it show "Form Get-A-Quote Thank You", where is the "Form Get-A-Quote" located ?

2) how can i remove the message form from all other pages and just keep it in the page of "Contact us"

i m using Version : 2.5.0 (non ecommerce version), the theme is = Garden and Lanscape
