Editing categories

Question

I did read through the answers offered and saw video related to organizing pages and categories but still in the dark.
I cannot see how to change menu layout altogether: title of categories, sub-categories, etc.
I understand that you can move categories and pages around, but I need something more complex than that.

Ckosloff, this is simple. If you want to change the name of a page, you go to this page, then on the Cpanel click on "Edit page property", then change the navigation name.. And that's it.
