You can easily add a powerful search engine to your website using the content editor's "Widgets Maker".

Go to content editor and open tab "Widgets". Click "Search engine" and select a search results page from the dropdown list. Check the box to use teaser image for the search results. When you click done, you will get the appropriate code for the "Search form" and result display.
