How do I get the program uploaded?

I unzipped the seotoaster file to my hosting through godaddy, I then opened my url and I get an HTTP 500 error.

Hello parkerthompson.

On shared hosting you can have some problem with permissions. Please check the error log in your cpanel and if you have some permissions errors, please change the permissions for folders to 755 and for files to 644.
