Sales not shown, just quotes. Bug in Backend?

Hi

I have an issue in the Dashboard: When I change a quote to "Payment received" and therefore confirm the sale, shouldnt' that be reflected as a Sale on the Dashboard? Instead, I still have "6 Quotes Today" but "0 Sales Today". :-(

I'm still testing my shop. You can access the dashboard if you like. Let me know a private email where I could send the login credentials to.

Thank you for your request.

The statistics on the quote requests is displayed in the Quote requests today. The system was designed in this way so orders and quotes are treated differently.

Hi ,

So you are saying that a quote can never turned into an order? Even when I mark the quote as "payment received", which means that this quote is now an order that should be counted under Sales.
