Mysql installation problem

Installation stall up to the next button. My hosting provider has permanent username on everthing for new installion as such the database name is aammiirr2_seotoaster. Can you help if can change in the script to use the database name as the above.

Do you have any error?
You don't need change anything. You can use aammiirr2_seotoaster as database name.
