Stuck in a loop

I have done the install and all is ticked ok except the ioncube is not supported by my host provider but it says this is optional anyway but on clicking next it just seems to reload the same page.

Can you post a screenshot and error log if possible. Also, who is your hoster? We need as much details as possible.
