Is there a mass product import capability from a csv or excel file?

Question

Can I import products, including images, from an excel or csv file without having to go into each product after and adjust specific settings?

I don't sell products that have complicated sizes or colors etc. I list one product and it sells as it is listed without options. Can I import 15,000 products from an excel or csv file and have it automatically pull the images in if I'm including a url link to the image for each product?
