Deployment Instructions for SEOToaster on Google Cloud - cannot be found

There is a link >>  https://www.cloud.miritech.com/Google%20Cloud/SeoToaster.aspx?id=DeploymentInstructions that shows:  HTTP 404 Error.

I have been trying for 2 days to get this working on my cloud instance, but Im not getting anywhere without any decent instructions.  If I have to read ALL the Google cloud documentation it will take me years.

Can someone please post a link to instructions for Google Cloud.  Thank you in advance
