Ive tried to install SEO Toaster twice under Xampp 1.8.3 and the installation was successful but unable to load the admin page (http://localhost/seo/go). Ive looked at a number of other posts and understand that /go is a route and not a folder.
All the requisites were green ticks when I started the install.
I have removed the install folder, checked mod_rewrite is enabled, all instances of AllowOverride=all has been checked in httpd.conf (and apache restarted) , checked Magic Quotes etc etc but are unable to resolve the issue. I dont have NGinx installed but assumed from reading instructions that the web server could be either apache or nginx
I enabled the error log in htaccess, cleared the logfile and attempted to access the page again : copy of error log -
