An error occurred Application error/ widget {$store:checkout}

Hi.

When I go to the checkout page, I get the following error :
An error occurred
Application error.

I found that if I remove the  {$store:checkout} widget from the html, then the page opens.

Could you provide the version of the CMS and information about your hosting and version of the PHP.
