Installation blocked on "Check again" in step 1

Question

I try to install seotoaster in my local.

Unfortunately, when I try to install it, it gets stacked on step one telling to "check again".

Everything is checked ok, except "IonCube Loader"

I also put the same php.ini on 'install' folder.

I turned off magic_quotes in php.ini.

I totally new in this concept so please answer me.

Could you provide your PHP-errors log?
What version of PHP are you using?

There could be a problem with your PHP version. Are you using an updated version?
