Installation blocked on step-1 with "Check again"

Question

I tried to install seotoaster in my local.

Everything is OK on the screen except "IonCube Loader"

However, I keep getting the "check again" button rather than the "next" button, so I can't get to Step 2.

I also put the php.ini on 'install' folder.

I turned off magic quotes also.

I click check again but it's still there..

Any ideas?

I'm totally new to this.

Could you provide your PHP-errors log?
What version of PHP are you using?

I was getting the same error. You need to upgrade your PHP version. It will get fixed.

It may be related to not having Ioncube Loader plugin installed. Set that up and it may work fine.
