crop images not generated

Question

Hi

When uploading pictures via directupload widget the images get generated in different sizes and saved in the corresponding folders (large, small etc.), but the crop folder stays empty. Terefore, the small product pictures on the sample product page don't show.
Seems likek a bug!? The code in the layout looks as follows (it's the sample shop that Softacolous installed with eCommerce SeoToaster):

   {$directupload:product-{$page:id}:product-img{$page:id}-1:90:gallery:crop}

Maybe I can answer my question by myself: I simply replaced the word crop by product (in the widget), as it seems that the generated product folder contains thumbnails (strangely, the folder "thumbnails" neither contains files).

Unfortunately, the documentation is not explaining much about many widget options (what means "tag which is used to form images in the gallery." which is the explanation of that gallery tag?).
But I see that the quality of docuumentation is improving on http://seotoaster-documentation.seotoaster.com/ (by the way, the link in the footer of your site still links to the old documentation).

widget is working properly, maybe you need check the permissions on the directory in which you upload pictures

I tested the latest version from http://www.seotoaster.com/free-seo-software-shopping-carts.html  and everything is working correctly
