Though we all certainly agree that 2020 was a challenging year in so many ways, we wanted to reflect on some of the positive things that came from it. CRM Updates
SeoSamba’s own Client Relationship Manager (CRM) system has improved by leaps and bounds with added functionality, ease of usability, and more standard features than any other CRM in its class. We’ve also released a Franchisor CRM version- built specifically for franchise brands and multi-location business models.
Websites built on SeoToaster (our CMS platform) are automatically ADA compliant and come with a customized website mobile application just for you!
SeoSamba Marketing Operating System
Also known as your mojo dashboard, is now more user-friendly than ever before. It’s got a brand new look, one-click access to connect your social accounts, view analytics, and contact the help desk, all on the first page. Plus, in response to the global pandemic, we added internal HD video calling for your entire network to make sure you’re able to communicate no matter what.
Reputation Management
Last but certainly not least, we’ve added a reputation management feature to your MOS dashboard that enables you to manage your Google and Facebook reviews in one central location, including responding to them and even sharing reviews to other platforms. Your customers can leave a review on either network directly from your website. If they plan to leave a negative comment, our system actually routes the message directly to you instead of posting publicly, giving you the opportunity to mitigate the situation before the negative review gets posted.
