Create Sales Proposal In a Blink of an Eye
Creating sales proposals has never been easier: in the Quote Tab of your SeoToaster Dashboard, you can easily create new quotes and proposals, or use recent successful sales proposals as a template for your new opportunity.
The same functionality is available from your CRM opportunity tab when creating new opportunities or adding alternate quotes to existing opportunities.
Create Online Quotes and Proposals with Built-in Deposit and Digital Signature at No Additional Cost
Get a more solid commitment from your clients when you collect a deposit or down payment on your contracts, as well as the ability to require a digital signature from your buyer with the quoting tool in your SeoSamba CRM. No special 3rd party apps required! Unlimited users and documents!
This feature is built right in with no extra cost to you. You can even track the entire process, all the way through to the collection of your customers' payoff of the balance.
Digitally signed contracts are automatically saved and stored under your ‘contacts profile’ document section of the CRM (this is also the area where you can upload client-specific documents to your individual customer profiles), plus a copy of the document is sent directly to your customer. Select an amount or percentage for the deposit amount, or set a default number for proposals/quotes with the required deposit amount to be generated on request directly from your website by your clients.

The SeoSamba CRM is constantly improving, thanks to our growing community. The latest update is to the ‘detailed leads’ dashboard. You’ll find that now the social media icons will be lit up in full color for the platforms for which you have saved your clients social profiles. Icons not in use are greyed out so that you can see at a glance the profiles you have saved versus the ones you need to get, exactly the same way it works with the SeoSamba CRM for Iphone and Android apps.
Target your contacts with geographical accuracy
In your advanced filter screen, there is now a filter that allows you to sort by state. Combined with other parameters, you will be able to compose a perfect sales funnel and organize your most effective marketing campaigns!

This useful data will help you pinpoint what worked and when, so that your future marketing efforts are more on point than ever before.
