How to use Support Screencast Plugin

• For creating screencasts, you need to have Java installed on your desktop!
• After the installation click on "container" (C) or click Layout->Edit this template and put the shortcode { $plugin:supportscreencast:200:300}. The parameters 200 and 300 can be changed, they are the width and height for your screencast window. If you insert the shortcode { $plugin:supportscreencast} your screencast window will be of the default width and height.
• For starting screencast you must do several steps:
  Step 1.
  In the URL put additional parameter "?setup". Example http://www.sfotube.com/bpt.html?setup. After that you will see the form where you can manage the following:
  
  - Email(s) you want to send your screencast to.
  - You can put coma separated emails (example: test@test.com,test@test1.com). Subject (Subject of your email message).
  - Comments (You can put some comments for your screencast).
  - Password (You need to enter a valid password).
  
  Then click GO and you will see the screencast screen. Then click "Ok, open the recorder". You will see a "Start recording"button in the top right corner of the screen .
  Click on it to start recording.
  When done, click on "Finish this screencast" and after that click on "Save this screencast now". Wait for the screencast video to be saved.

• Step 2.
  Now you can see your screencast and the same form from the Step1. Here you can manage Email, Subject and Comments.
  Click "Send Mail" to email your screencast or click "Redo ScreenCast" if you want to record another screencast video.
